Louis Moskow's background in a food and wine family paved the way for his career as a chef. While attending cooking school, he honed his skills as a cook in various local restaurants in Westchester, New York. Louis always had a passion for becoming a chef, but never envisioned owning his own restaurant. However, at the age of 27, he joined Bistro 315 as a chef and eventually became the proprietor. Under his leadership, Louis revamped the dining room, created a wine bar, and transformed the menu. As a result, the newly renamed 315 Restaurant and Wine Bar has received glowing reviews from top publications such as Gourmet, Bon Appetit, and Wine Spectator. In fact, it was voted Santa Fe's restaurant of the year.
